YOGA OPTIONS

Hatha Yoga

Hatha yoga is perhaps the most beginner friendly style of yoga and has become one of our most popular offerings in the workplace. A traditional Hatha class will incorporate breathing, meditation, and basic postures. Classes are typically slower paced and provide an excellent introduction to the holistic benefits of the practice.

Vinyasa

Vinyasa classes combine rhythmic breathing with a series of flowing postures for a vigorous mind-body workout. This class links breath to movement and tends to be more athletic and endurance based.

Yin

Yin is a slow-paced style of yoga, emphasizing longer and more passive holds. Whatโ€™s unique about yin is that it targets the connective tissues around the joints, rather than the muscles and bones. Many people find this style very relaxing, therapeutic, and beneficial for increasing flexibility.

Restorative

As the name suggests, this style of yoga aims to restore the body from stress. It utilizes many props including blankets, bolsters, straps, and blocks to support the body in seated and reclining postures. Harmonizing mind, body, and spirit, this is an opportunity to heal and rejuvenate from the workday.
